Development of a cargo hub at Krasnoyarsk airport
In 2010, together with the airline "AirBridgeCargo" a project was implemented to create a cargo hub based on the terminal of the Group of Companies "Kratos" at the airport of Krasnoyarsk. The location of Krasnoyarsk in the center of the territory of the Russian Federation at the intersection of transport corridors of Europe, Asia, South and North America opens up prospects for the development of the Krasnoyarsk airport as the largest international hub in the CIS. The use of Siberian routes allows to reduce the flight time of some routes from two to six hours.

The extensive route network of "AirBridgeCargo" and the technological capabilities of the Group
for handling transfer cargo made it possible to realize the transit potential of the airport and prove the effectiveness of such projects when using the shortest routes connecting strategic directions of cargo flows.
ABOUT PROJECTS
— The number of international cargo flights reached 37 per week
— The reduction in logistics costs for shippers amounted to 3-7%
— Airport revenues (including fuel supply) increased by 20%
